Job Description: Support Analyst

Join a fun fast-growing technology-driven company. OpenClose, a provider of advanced business solutions for the mortgage industry, is looking for a Support Analyst. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Business to business interactions
  • Speak with customers (lenders) via telephone and email
  • Understand customer’s concerns or questions
  • Prioritize issue/concern based on business need
  • Analyze information to determine next steps
  • Replicate reported issues in a test environment
  • Create detailed development tickets with accurate steps
  • Test code changes upon request
  • Update Support Portal system in a timely manner
  • Participate in the flow of information between customer and company
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience:

  • Microsoft technology: Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Customer service
  • Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Residential mortgage experience required, and should include some of the following:
    • Origination, Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Post Closing
    • Lock, Rates and Pricing, Secondary Marketing, Loan Programs
    • Interfaces such as credit, DU/LPA, document providers and others

  • Accurate Data Entry
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Determine priority of issues/requests
  • React quickly to urgent issues
  • Customer service
  • Excellent communicator in speech and writing
  • Ability to self-motivate and be highly productive in a remote location
  • Team player

Hours:

  • Monday-Friday
  • 40 hrs per week (1 hr for lunch)
  • Preferred schedule: 9am-6pm ET or 10am-7pm ET
